Go out with friends to have fun. 15 is way to young to be thinking of having a relationship with anyone.

Depends on what you mean by "serious".
I say it's okay to dream about spending the rest of your life with that person, but be very aware of how unrealistic that fantasy may be.
If by "serious" you're including ideas of sex...NO! Do not go there, not yet. Don't ruin your relationship with the complications of the big "S" or the big "L"(ove), or even a huge declaration of commitment. Treat each other as though you're best friends, or even the best of best friends if you're really serious about it. I think that will strengthen your bond the best so that when things are ready to get serious (in any sense of the word), your relationship will be able to handle it maturely.

Speaking as a 14 year old (going on 15 in 5 months) I don't think you really know yourself enough to try to get into a serious relationship with someone else who you are trying to get to know also. You have many years in life to find yourself. Yall could date but I don't think on the seroius tip. Just sit down and think about that and also think about the person who you think you want to be in a serious relationship with. Is that person really who you want to start a seriuos relationship with or are you just looking for love and attention? Sometimes us humans get the two confused. And also you don't want to look back and possibly regret anything huge like that in your teen life. You already have enough to deal with. Well I hope I was help. Bye!

Most 15 year olds have no definite plans for the rest of their lives and aren't mature enough to carry on a serious relationship. They are still trying to figure out who they are and make sense of the world around them.

I think, from my experience, it depends on the person. It depends on the schoolwork. If you get Honor Roll, and you'd know when to focus, and you could still manage your grades, sure, get a boyfriend/girlfriend. If you already don't have good enough grades, then I wouldn't suggest getting into a relationship.

as long as it does not involve marrying and swaring love for each other...
because she needs more experience until she gets married. and swaring love for another person at such a young age will probably eventually lead to a very harsh breakup.

If I had it to do all over again, and I know what I know now... I would not have given girls a second thought and put more time into my future.
