I think in general blondes look best in pastel colors but why not give orange a try? I uesd to hate the color but now it's one of my favorites.
I have medium brown hair with blue eyes and fair to medium skin but I have seen blondes look good in it as well. Just don't go too bright.

Try going for pastels, or a color that would bring out your eyes (ie; blue). Have fun with your clothes, and try not to look cheap! Goodluck on your first day of school!

you may want a shirt that is an icy blue or like a white shirt with some blue on it.

red or orange. when one wears a red or orange shirt it lightens up your face. red usually does wonders to bring out the light and brightness of your eyes
