Strange question. How do you know? You don't live their life. The way we portray ourselves to the outside world is rarely how our lives really are. It's a little like a swan swimming on a lake - serene and graceful above the water - not so under the water.

Perspective. It's easy for you to say that another's life seems to be going well. It's often hard to know what is really going on in their lives. I had a miscarriage that very few people ever knew about. It's surprisingly easy to hide your troubles from others.
