There's a lot more to it than that. It's about how it looks on you. Your height, your coloring, how you carry yourself, how you dress, there are just too many factors to categorically declare a winner. Besides, why would you want to label yourself like that? That just leads to self-doubt and body image disorders.
And Smitty, the Commodores said the "Brick House" was 36/24/36. Those, of course, were Marilyn Monroe's measurements. By today's standards, she'd be a size 8 (not the size 14 often claimed), and Hollywood would be abuzz with how popular the "chubby girl" is.
The first Miss America was 30/25/32. She was also sixteen years old. Back in the heyday of corsets, the ideal was that a man should be able to circle his hands around a woman's waist with his thumbs and index fingers.
The lessons?
One: Standards and tastes change.
