If its done by a suicide bomber or terrorist organization the question is who gets the response? If the bomb came from Iran then you have a target and its quite possible some American leaders or Russian would respond with nuclear weapons against that country.....but how do you prove it?

This is; perhaps, why the American government (current one anyway) fears countries like NK and Iran having Nuclear Weapons....they will sell out too an organization like al queda and we all know what they can do.

I find the policy below to be most appropriate. It's lengthy for this forum, but in a word, if you're thought to be in the buz of Nuclear Proliferation, you are a valid target if a nuke detonates; we don't care if you in some villa with your family or not, expect a missile attack on your home.

Yes,Yes,Yes! As I keep reiterating ad infinitum we have billions of humans too many on our beautiful planet. Any activity which gets rid of some of them can be morally justified. Save the planet, kill a few billion!!
