You do not write without thinking but if you want to focus on feelings more and do less editing, I suggest journal writing.

Choose a comfortable size to carry with you wherever you go or get in the habit of recording a few things when you first awaken or before you sleep. Dreams make excellent journal material. Record the dream as soon as you wake if possible including as much detail as possible. Usually as you are recording or after you will begin to understand why you had that particular dream. It is not enough to dream. All of the benefits lie in the telling.

Journals are very good listeners. After a time your writing will begin to flow in true stream of consciousness fashion and then you will find that it leads you to many discoveries about yourself that you would not have made without taking the time to reflect and listen to yourself. You will learn a lot about other people too.
This process will prove more fulfilling than you can now imagine.

You really can't write without thinking. You think and then you write. Keeping a personal journal is the best way to make writing part of your everyday life.

You have to think in order to write. To make writing part of your everyday life jot down your thoughts on paper everyday. Then look back on them and it will all come together. Keep a daily diary. Carry pen and a notebook with you everywhere you go. Most of all write down any little thing, and you're be surprise at the book you'll write someday.

Just start writing. Even if all you say is "I don't know what to say" then you just keep going and write everything that pops in your head without thinking about it. Keep the pen on the paper and write.
