My history teacher said that every president elected on a year that ends with zero has died trgically...and that George Bush is next.

It's that the president elected every 20 years ends up dying in office. It started with William Henry Harrison (said to be a curse put on the presidency by indians that Harrison hunted down in the military) and may have ended with Reagan. However, Reagan DID get shot while in office, so maybe the curse still holds? We'll find out with George W. - he's next up to die.

With one exception, since 1840, U.S. Presidents who have been elected in years ending in zero have been killed or have died of natural causes while in office. And the one exception literally came within an inch of death.

apparently there was a curse. but it was broken by Reagan. he was shot but lived through it. so since then, people have pretty much agreed that curse is over.
ps that curse was done by a Native American diplomat, I'm not sure which president it got first.

its true only if you believe in it,but bush will live forever,as he is a chrisian,and one number can not rate him properly anyway.
