Of course not. Aircraft can't fly in a vacuum either. Spacecraft like the Space Shuttle are designed with jet thrusters to maneuver.

From me, I will answer NOT.
The bird couldn`t fly in the vacuum condition. Why they have a wing ??? It is to use the air-flow and controlled their bod movement. Like the air-plane does. In the vacuum, No air move, and they are could`nt fly

No. The lack of air = no upwards force pushing the bird up when the wings flap.

No, cos' firstly, there is no air to propel and secondly the bird won't survive to try as there's no oxygen.

anyway, no. the vaccuum would probably be too strong, therefore the bird wouldn't be able to control its own wings.
also there wouldn't be enough air.
