The highest number of years a president can serve is 10 and that is only the case if he is vice president and the president resigns/dies after the 2 year mark, then the vice-president who is now president can run for two more terms. Otherwise, no he(she) cant

No -- the only way a president could thoretically serve for more than two terms is if that person were vice president and became president because the "real" president died or resigned. Then that person could still run for two terms. But, two terms is the max!

no two is the limit....however if a person is vice president and the president dies or some other way has to leave office mid-term, if it is less than half way through the term the vice-president can finish out that term then be elected two more times, for a total of just less than 10 years.
