I have a 12 hour shift schedule that varies. I work 7 DAYS and 7 NIGHTS throughout the month. So basically I work 14 days and get the rest off. Cool huh?
Downside to that is when others are home snug in their beds, I am working. And when weekends (every other 2) come around and 'normal' week workers are off, I am working. BUT it does have it perks.

I get 2 days off. I get Sunday and Tuesday. I have to work on Mondays. Very strange schedule.

i work 4 12 hr midnights get 4 days off, then work 4 12 hr days get 3 days off and back to midnight on the 4th day. To add to the joy day shift is 95degree plus INSIDE temp in summer during days and 75 at night, winter days and nights 50 to 60 inside. HEY, BUT AT LEAST I GET PAYED GOOD. SO WHO IS COMPLAINING LOL

Between August and May, I get Sat and Sun., holidays, Spring Break (1 week), Christmas Vacation (2 weeks)
Am off all summer!!!!! yay!

2, im lucky, I get saturday and sunday off from BOTH of my jobs, that's rare to find. The only thing is I work graveyard shift which blows all Friday night's for me.
