They think things aren't going right or don't look like they'll go right for the two of you -- and yet they like you too much to give you a total brush-off.
Then again, maybe they feel that things are going _too_ well and too fast. They realize that next time they kiss you, or maybe the time after that, they're going to hold you tighter than they need to and see how some special parts of you feel. Er -- you haven't had to break anybody's wrist yet, have you?
But I can do a Tarot card spread for you to see what the future holds. Over the 'Net you can't shuffle the cards for me, but let's see...hm. I get "The Star". The indicator for preparation and purification. I would say there's somebody who's going to think you're really a Special Item, but you haven't met each other yet...or maybe you haven't gone out together, that's hard to say in an indirect reading like this.
