Its not healthy and could lead to incontinence later in life. You muscles that hold the pee in when your bladder is very full will eventuall give up just like if you were to hold a weight straight out from you body eventually youll drop it... in this case eventually youll piss yourself

Wow, somebody failed Science in school...
The urine will not go out of your bladder and into your rectum to cause diarrhea. That is ridiculous. They are two different areas of the bodily system.
If you hold your piss REALLY long, it might explode. Or your bladder will just lose control and release itself.

no thats impossible. They are 2 seperate parts of the body. If you hold it in too long, you will eventually end up wetting yourself because the natural reflexes.

Urhhh, you a hardcore nasty. Medically, though, it won't turn to diarrhea (mind the spelling, young adult, you just need to clik on 'check spelling'). However, research have implied that it increases the likelihood of a futur prostate cancer

no, but you could end up with kidney stones. then your piss would turn into blood and you balls will hurt worse than if someone kicked you with pointed toe shoes.
why would you think that it would turn into diarrhea ? if you hold you poop it won't turn into pee either.
