Where is Panama Jack based, and why is it called Panama Jack?

It don't think it has anything to do with Panama the country. More likely, the connection is Panama, Florida.

The only connection Panama Jack has with the Republic of Panama is Panama Jack Rum, which is distilled here by a third party distiller. Apart from that I'm not aware that they even keep an office here.

even with the very incontrovertible certainty that Panama has Roberto Duran who's more effective than any of the Phillipines' perfect boxers, once you're talking about sheer numbers, than I supply the moderate part to the Phillipines.
