Stick your head out of the window and say calmly 'Please be quiet, I've just got my baby to sleep.' I've done this. I've also done: 'Shut UP! If you wake this child up I'll kill the bloody pair of you!' Gd luck.

Shout from your window and cause a scene! Tell them you need to sleep! If that was me I'd scream, not shout SCREAAAAAAM and tell them to shut tha hell up and take their asses home! But that may not be best do in your situation! Couples don't like being interrupted it from your window and cant them calmly if not call the police, that's a disturbance!

better off leaving them to it,its true sometimes what they say that you shouldnt get involved in arguments between couples,my neighbour learned the hard way when they both turned on her for being noesy,the bloke ended up punching her,stay clear and just try go back asleep.

If you are unwilling to confront them, they won't go away. So just tell them you are trying to sleep and they should take it somewhere else. Don't be passive, be aggressive.
If you can't do that, then just deal with the noise and be a pansy... Sorry, but it's true.
