Does it spoils or accelerate the coins degradation storing them together in the same container, like a jar or box? What's the best material, besides plastic leafs to store them, glass, wood, cloths?

Avoid glass, wood and cloth.
Store each coin in a coin safe plastic sleeve.
Put them somewhere away from light and low humidity.
A metal box lined in velvet is good.

I happen to be a coin collector my self and as long as it is either the same coin made by the same quality for example pennies with pennie or copper with copper together it actually decreses erotion in the coin because different metals all have a different acid level than others so it is ok as long as it is the same coin or same metals

It's the oxygen in the air which tarnishes the coins, so I think the best place to store them would be in one of those plastic/tupperware air-tight containers that let you suck out the air.
