Yea, I'd say you had a Little moisture problem and you better get it fixed

It may or may not be unhealthful for you or other occupants. But, since you have mushrooms growing on your ceiling, I'd say that there is too much moisture in your house for some reason. You need to check the roof for leaks. If there's no problem there, then there's a humidity buildup inside the house that is saturating the walls and ceiling and you should take measures to properly ventilate your place. With proper ventilation you shouldn't find mold or mushrooms growing anywhere inside.

Well, if nothing else, you have high humidity and low circulation. Not good for your lungs. That's not even getting into what type of mushrooms are growing, and if they're poisoinus.

Ya, we've passed by the 70's where that would have been "wild" and you would have eaten them. I'd be concerned.
