My ankles are swelling is there any thing I can do for it

you need to find out why. do you have any medical conditions? easy advice.. no salt/sodium, keep your feet elevated and if persists, see your md

Feet need to be elevated above heart level
Ice the ankles down
Decrease Salt Intake
Go in to the doctor to make sure you don' t have underlying heart, or vascular problems.

Eat less salt and sweets, keep your legs elevated when you are sitting, and get more exercise.
