How do i get 'lollipop_69_diva' to quit talking her stupid trash talk to me? Shes really starting to piss me off

She keeps on talking trash about me and my family and its starting to piss me off. I've reported her twice, but evidentally they dont do anything about it.

Maybe if you could just ignore her. I didn't really see anything from her to you..but I saw a lot from you to her...ouch. Good luck with that.
