I wouldn't say anything if I want to keep my job. Instead, I would either quit and find something I love to do, or making an attempt to love what I'm already doing. Find SOMETHING about the job that you like and turn it into what you love.

Work your tail off to put yourself into a position that they can't loose. Then demand whatever you want within reason. I work as a consultant in the financial world everyday. I once heard an accounting manager say that if this particular employee walked into his office and said she were going to quit that he would offer her $15k more to stay. (She was in the range of 50K). Two weeks later she did it; knowing he couldn't loose her.

if you cannot find another job and you need the money, you learn to like them, as a matter of fact get on the good side of them , you will be there favorite, and you will have it made, and do not worry what the other emplyees say about you..worked for me on more than one occasion.

HOW BADLY DO YOU NEED YOUR JOB? IS IT REALLY THAT IMPORTANT TO TELL THEM OFF? THEY MAY TELL YOU ABOUT YOURSELF ON THE WAY OUT THE DOOR.
