I know it is legal to practice witchcraft in the United States of America. Understand if you practice, I would only speak of it with people I can consider trusting. I speak openly now only becuase an Alias is in between me and the world.

If your thinking about joining witchcraft please understand its dangerous. You are far more likely to lose then to gain.

yes. There are no laws to prevent someone from practicing whatever religion they choose to follow. The first Amendment of the constitution covers this. Although, if your religious practices can cause a disturbance to society or requires you to do something illegal or they could hurt someone, then there are some laws against that; but generally speaking, there are no legal ways of preventing someone from practicing whatever religion they choose (even wicca).

Yes, but it's not really accepted in society now. I don't have a problem with it, but many people do (Mostly Catholic or Christians). They associate witchcraft with evil, which is not true at all.
