I usually use removal creme to remove hair from my face but I don't know if I can shave my legs and arms with a razor (other times I shave my arms wid removal creme but I don't have it now so I can use razor). Can u also tell if I can remove very light hair on my forehead and tummy with a removal creme, razor or tweezer?

With the legs and arms you can use a razor. With your tummy and forehead use removal creme.

sure you can shave your arms and legs with a razor . you just have to be careful . but why would you want to shave hair off your arm ?
removal cream is best for the forehead and tummy . you could always use tweezers to pluck but that would take an awfully long time , and it might hurt .

To remove hair on your forehead consider electrolysis. Legs-shave, arms-wax, tummy-wax.

i remove by shaving my legs but other parts are not hairy yet
