And, the problem really exists in that most people love to kick a person when they are down, so get up and stop doubting yourself or like a pack of wolves ready to eat their prey, you will be eaten metaphorically by your own peers.

Not really. If you doubt yourself and make a change to be a better person then things will change.

That is true, when I was in the Marines and we use to walk with our packs (force marching), I found out soon as I think I couldn't make it, I wouldn't. So, I made it a habit that I would not think that and made everyone after that..... We use to say,'Mind over matter; If you don't mind, then it don't matter'.....

That's what they say. And it could be true too. Most people who think positively get more things accomplished than those who are pessimistic.

yes. also, once you doubt yourself, other people start doubting too. doubt spread like wildfire. it causes everything to collapse.
