I have DDR memory on my pc i wanna upgrade to DDR2 can i use the same motherboard ?

No it wont, you will need a a new motherboard

some motherboards manage DDR or DDR2 RAM yet you won't be able to mix it. even as searching for a motherboard seem settle on in case you recommend to improve to DDR2 then seem for one which manage both. in case you imagine you'll keep on with DDR there are distinctive good forums obtainable that in good structure with DDR memory.

Memory is one of the least compatible components, since it interfaces directly with the processor. Any new RAM must match the motherboard specifications. If you're going to get a new motherboard and RAM, why not just get a new computer. It will save you a lot of effort.
