Why are you asking if Anglos know this. Is it so important that Anglos are aware of a Mexican singer. Are you looking for their approval. I find this insecurity by so called minorities ( Blacks included ) disturbing and weak. If she is a good singer and Mexican; enjoy the fact . You shouldn't gives a damn what Anglos or any other group thinks. You may be a decendent of Aztec or Mayan warriors.
