some pills DO in fact actually work
also birth control pills will likely to grow your boobs a little bigger then what you got because of the horomones

how old are you? there have some pill (which contains of hormone, it stimulates, then you boobs would grow bigger) but even they label claim they won't have side-effect, i still have a doubt.
So, what is the problem to have a big or small boobs? it is not a sin to have small one?
The only way you can do is exercise, keep them up, nice in shape. you know, small one sometimes is more sexy :)

There is no lotion, no pills and no cream to increase bust size.
Do not drink milk and massage your breasts; it will not make them grow.
There are some pectoral exercise, but they will strengthen the muscles beneath the breasts and cause them to jut out, giving the illusion of size, but they will not be honestly bigger.

depends how old you are if you a teen -you'll blossom- you can try gaining weight- they get bigger with weight- or if your older & married- have a baby--trust me they grow
don;t opt for surgery- either do it naturally or let your genes do the talkin...and eventually you'll learn to live with what you have

you get the breasts that your genes gave you. There is nothing you can do, well not really. Some people's breasts get bigger when they gain weight, the other option is surgery. learn to love yourself!
