She needs to get a pregnancy test as soon as possible (and she needs to read the instructions very carefully, and follow them exactly), and she also needs to go see a gynecologist. yes it is very possible and i would get her a test or get her into the doctor very soon i mean any time that you have unprotected sex there is always the chance that she may get pregnant. That is just the way that it goes so if she has other signs of pregnancy then get her into the doctors cause if she aint pregnant then she may have some other kind of issue in that area.
