i got this friend she won't to date my boyfriends borther and he don't wont her. How can i tell her with makeing her cry?

Be sure and be honest with her, its not the end of the world when someone catches your eye, and they're not interested. There are sooooo many people, guys in this world. Maybe you could introduce here to someone else.

Although this is a bit difficult to make sense of...
Tell her that he's gay. Tell her that he picks his nose and eats his boogers. Make him unappealing and unattractive to her. Then getting rejected won't be as hard.
Or you could try telling her the truth in a tactful manner like, "Friend, I'm so sorry. He's not interested. He's such a loser. He's not worth your time. You deserve so much better than him."
Which ever way you choose to approach it, have some ice cream and chocolate around to console her.

be honest. its always the best policy. but dont make a big deal of it ( kinda like in passing) so as not to make her feelings obviuosely on stage.
