I know that if you want to be successful in business you have to let go of your fears in order to take risks. Im young and very shy and it is hard for me to be confident and let go of my fear. Im always afraid of making mistakes and i usually do. The will is there but I just dont know how.

gambling is like business risk in that you have to experience fear and risk in order to let go of it.
But unlike gambling, which is all luck with a pinch of skill, business is mostly skills with a pinch of luck (more like a scoop). You just have to do it. You might fail here and there, but in the end you will get further than before. You can't succeed unless you fail, unless of course you just succeed, which is awesome.
if you do your homework (and lots of it), that risk decreases considerably (like in sports or stocks). so do that. do lots of that. and your risk won't disappear completely but it will be more bearable for those who fear the unknown.

Accept the mistakes and don't flee from fear.
Staying inside of fear will evaporate it.
