These are some questions I got recently for this position.
Some were very general questions though.

1. Tell me about yourself (Most definitely be prepared to answer this question.Talk about relevant background experiences as they relate to the job requirements).

2. What motivates you.

3. How do you handle stress.

4. How would you deal with an irate customer.

5. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now.

6. WHY do you want this job of a customer service rep.
(Definitely talk about the company and what you like about it, and show your passion in working not just for a position, but working for *them* in that position)

7. Tell us about a time when you overcame a difficulty with someone at your workplace.

So surely go prepared with answers to these questions.
And definitely have questions of your own to ask them in the end.

Show knowledge about the company you are applying for.

Display eagerness and interest in your demeanor.

Project your voice to sound confidant (I have a very soft voice and I had to do that).

Don't forget to ask them for their business card after the interview, so you get their full name and designation, and get to send them a thank you note soon after.

Get extra resumes. In very good paper. I had mine on very good quality stiff paper and when I handed it over to the interviewer, they seemed to be impressed. The copy they already had of my resume was a print out and was on regular paper, so they appreciated a much clearer, good quality one.

Definitely dress very professionally. They will appreciate it.

Don't know if I answered what you really wanted to know but hope I helped. Goodluck! You will do well. Just do your best, and don't worry about the outcome.

You have a customer who is extremely angry, they have been trying to resolve an issue for 3 days now. They're not getting the help they need or they are getting disconnected. Now it's your turn. How do you handle a customer who is screaming and yelling and just not happy???
