well Hezbollah is not a nation or one area, it is a terrorist group backed by Iran, So you can't really scorch earth the government of Lebonan ( well you can but maybe should not)

But of course Lebonan has been part of the problem, since they were told years ago by the UN to get rid of them.

I think that a MODERATE APPROACH to fighting terrorism is more appropriate. The harsher we get the harsher they will get. That is my prediction. We don't want to see people nuked or rampages of plane takeovers but intead to see some peace.
