Larger corpus callosum, which connects the two halves of the brain. Allows women to get the whole picture faster. Men are only less emotional when the time period in question is the same.
Pick one emotional subject, and the total emotions experienced by the woman over that subject will be similar to the man's, but her's can mature in minutes while he may be mulling it over for days before figuring out how he really feels about it.
It's like she can check in with every office in the building all at once, but he needs to call each office one after the other.

Girls are more emotional than boys because they have a better connection to their hearts than boys do. And thank god for that. Guys are too much in their heads. We need to be pulled out of them occasionally.

They're not... As children girls are taught to examine and express themselves emotionally, while boys are taught that any show of emotion is ungainly and effeminate. The hearts are the same, only one has a welcome mat in front and the other has a concrete bunker around.

Because us girls wear our emotions on our sleeves and we have been taught by culture to be that way and for men to not be so emotional and to suppress them.

im a girl and im less emotional than most of the boys i know.

number two. we are raised with the idea of girls being that way
number three. we try to take on alot and when we get stressed we let it out (well atleast I do) LOL
