I've heard the regular version, a rock version and even Panic! at the Disco's 'redoing' of it, but I was told there's a really great jazz version, but I can't find it.

you can get it on LimeWire. One is instrumental by John Coltrane , the other has words to it by Al Jarreau

This is a classic John Coltrane song but may be too avant garde for you. Kenny Burrell had a nice jazz version on guitar but is probably hard to find. Larry Carlton also has a nice jazz guitar version on his Christmas CD.

John Coltrane's version is probably the most famous, although I am sure other Jazz artists have covered it as well.

Look around on the Web, or Amazon, or Ebay.
