I've been eating candy since I was little. Now it seems like I can't go a day without it. I've tried replacing it with fruits, but they'll never be as good as junk food. How do I stop???

My mom keeps buying it, because she too likes to eat ice cream n stuff. And when I tell her not to get it she does anyway. Then when I eat it she complains to me! I'm 5'3 and I way 122 pounds. My body type is weird. It's like all the food I eat goes straight to my legs. My torso is long and small, whereas my bottom is stubby. I cant stop... :(

You may not be able to stop. But how about just eating one snakc size serving of your favorite candy a day? Also, this sounds to me like it is an addiction. Perhaps every time you crave the candy, you can do something else. But do the same thing every time. Like take a walk around the block or brush your teeth (no one likes to eat right after they've brushed their teeth anyways) or do 50 crunches or something else that would benefit you and wouldn't hurt you if you got hooked on it. Good Luck :)

Sew your lips shut! Just kidding. Just don't buy it. Think of it as a bad habit and force the urges away.
Swapping themwith sugar-free foods isn't the greatest idea either. Foods nowadays are filled with Sucralose and aspertame, which is even worse for you then sugar is.

lock them in a room or feed them to your dog. kidding!!
the real answer:
*don't buy them!
*try eating sweeter fruits or add salt/lemon/chile to fruits.
*eat less candy every week. pretty soon you'll get used to eating less candy.
*when you have a sudden craving for candy, grab a piece of fruit instead.
i hope this helped at least a little. :)

Honey if you wear a size 2, you need to be eating more candy, and maybe some pinto beans and corn bread.

Ask your self who is in control of your life. Is it you or is it the candy. If it is the candy then you have a real problem, one that could well lead to diabetes and all that, that entails.

Do not buy candy. When ever you pass the candy isle think of cavities and getting drilled, if you touch another piece.

Take away temptations and maybe slowly ease into not eating it. Like maybe eat less and less each day untill you no longer need it.
