play F*ck The Dealer
**** the Dealer is a simple drinking game popular in the Midwest. It is best played by three to six players, although it can be played with more. It is similar to the game Hi-Lo, except that all cards are laid out face up on the table once they've been played.
[edit]
The rules
Play starts with one person, the 'Dealer', shuffling the cards and placing them face down in front of him.
The person to the dealer's left becomes the first 'Player'. The Player tries to guess what the top card on the deck is. The dealer then looks at the top card and tells him whether or not his guess was right. If the player guesses correctly, the dealer takes five drinks. Otherwise, the dealer tells the player whether the top card is 'Higher' or 'Lower' than his guess. The player then gets one more chance to guess correctly. If he guesses correctly on the second attempt, the dealer takes three drinks. If the player guesses incorrectly, the player drinks the difference between his guess and the card. (i.e. if he guesses a '5' and the card was a really '3', the player must take 2 drinks.)
Card arrangement for "**** the Dealer"In either case, the dealer now places the card face up in front of him. Arrange the cards in an organized fashion, so everyone can see which cards have already been drawn(see image right). When all four of a particular card have been drawn, it is considered to be "closed out". Cards which have been closed out are flipped over to help everyone see that no more of those cards are available.
Now, play continues and the dealer looks at the next person and asks him to pick a card. This continues until two players in a row guess incorrectly. When that happens, the player to the dealer's left becomes the new 'Dealer'.
It is important to note that there are two 'circles' going on - the dealer circle, and the player circle. The next 'Dealer' is always the person to the current dealer's left. Likewise, the next 'player' is always the person to the left of the last player --- The next player does not change just because a new person is made dealer. The next player is NOT automatically the person to the new dealer's left... unless of course the player to the Dealer's left is the next person in line. And of course, the player and the dealer cannot be the same person. But if that situation should ever occur, the 'dealer' circle takes priority over the 'player' circle.
Play continues until the dealer is left with three cards. At that point, the dealer is considered to be '******' and must do a shot. (Since there are only three cards, the player is guaranteed to guess correctly on the second attempt. Therefore, the dealer is figuratively '******'! Hence, the title of the game)

Red, Black, Hi, Lo
One player starts out as the dealer. He starts by shuffling the deck and flips over the first card. The player to the left tries to pick wether the next card will be higher, lower, red, or black. He plays until he is wrong. Same number is a loss if they guess higher or lower. However many correct guesses is how many swigs the dealer has to take out of a bottle of beer. The player to the left becomes the new dealer. Watch out.. this game can get you wasted really quick even with just beer..
And the other posters are right.. you can just about make any game a drinking game.. I am sure you can come up with some good rules.. Here is some suggestions:
Rummy, Laying down cards requires everyone else to take a swig. If you win, the losers all take a shot of Jose or other hard A.
Spades, each team takes a swig for each extra bag they take. Miss a bid and they have to take a shot of hard A. Failing a nil is a double shot for the Nil bidder. Losers at end of game has to chug a beer or take a double shot or whatever.
Hearts, for each time you get the queen you take a shot of Hard A. If a player 'breaks' the hearts, the others have to take a swig or shot. Losers have to take a swig or shot. If a player shoots the moon, the other players have to take a double shot or whatever..

You can play card games that usually are played with money or chips but bet beer instead! For instance, at the start of the party you could play um, Texas Hold 'Em and you can say "Okay, you can't drink your beer unless you win a hand." Then when everyone starts getting drunk you can change the rules so that everyone who LOSES the hand has to drink. You can do this with other card games like Blackjack too. It's fun, but if you start off by not letting people drink until they win a hand they'll sneak sips. Create some type of "punishment" if they do this, like they have to take a shot of whiskey.

A simple card game i've played with friends is called "Monkey". I don't know if that's the real or official name but that's what we call it.
Goal for each round: to NOT be the person with the lowest value card.
Ultimate goal: to be the last person with a stack or stacks of money. This means you win all the money!
We use money and place three stacks (usually three $1 stacks or "legs" - quarters or bills) in front of each player. You're "buy-in" is a total of $3 for each person.
1. You deal one card face down to each player and place the deck face down next to the dealer.
2. The person to the left of the dealer is first to act (just like in poker). He/she looks at his/her card and must decide if he/she wants to keep it or exchange it with the person to his/her left. Then, the next person looks at his/her card and decides if he/she wants to keep it or trade it with the person to his/her left.
3. This sequence moves around until it gets to the dealer who can trade with the deck if he or she wishes.
4. Once everyone has had a chance to trade his/her card, everyone reveals his/her card to see who has the lowest remaining card. This person must throw one of his/her stacks of $1 into the middle pot. Once you lose all three stacks, you're out of the game.
5. The dealer moves to the next person to the left and the sequence starts all over. Eventually, all the money will be in the pot except for one person who wins all the money in the pot.
Now there are some twists to the game that make it fun:
a) If two or more people have the same card value (ie all have 3s) then they have what are called "stingers" and are immune and cannot lose that round. The next lowest valued card will be the loser. This means even holding an Ace is no guarantee of a win.
b) If you have a Queen, the person to your right cannot trade with you and trades with the person to your left instead. The trade basically skips over you.
c) If you have a Jack, the person to your right can't trade at all and must keep his/her card. The Jack is affectionately known as the "F.U." card.
It's really a simple and stupid game but can be a lot of fun.

I would learn how to play Texas Hold'em because it's really easy to do and to learn. Plus there's the bonus that the instructions come free with the cards.
