why not? they tend to be a lot more cultured, refined, educated, wealthy etc than straight guys, who for the most part can be idiots

i think that gay guys make the best of friends especially for us women cause we dont need to worry about them trying to get on us and they are always willing to listen and give some advice i mean they go through the same drama in relationships that we do and that makes it all the more helpful. They are also better at shopping partners because they can tell us what looks good and what dont they are usually styling real well. And they are so fun to be around and they are usually really funny. They usually dont judge other people on their misperfections and in all of my experiences with my gay male friends i have never had a bad one even when we did get into some minor trouble for being to rowdy. They are also awesome to go to parties with and also go clubbing with especially the drag queen ones because then you get all decked up and go on a girls night out.

A good friend is a good friend, regardless of whether he's straight or gay. A straight guy doesn't make a good friend, neither does a gay guy -someone who cares to be a friend makes a good friend, without regard to sexual orientation.

people are people, it doesn't matter if you're gay straight black white guy or girl some people make good friends for you and some people don't, you're the only one who can decide who's the best people for you to be friends with, not anyone on this website
