Where is the restaurant chain, Steak and Shake, found in North Carolina?

We see these restaurants advertised on the TV but can not find a location of one. We live an hour East of Charlotte. Thought there would be one in Charlotte , Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, High Point but can't find one.

There is a Steak and Shake in Burlington - not sure of the exit number but I know it is pretty close to all the Burlington outlet exits. Hope this helps!
