I have my baby guppies in a cycled ten-gallon tank. Put a filter sponge over the filter intake, no gravel in the tank, something to hide in, and some fake plants to float, and you're set.
Once they get older, you can either move them into a bigger tank by themselves or into the tank with their parents. Make sure the tank is cycled first, though.
Or, if you're lucky enough to have an interested buyer and you have enough fry, a local pet store may be interested in buying the babies off of you.
Good luck!

a ten galloon tank if you want your fry to live it all depends on what kind of fry they are. then you can tell where they need to be if it is guppies, mallys, and such live bearing fish yes keep them in a breeder box seperate from the parents. But if you have egg layers leave them in the tank where they were as long as there are no other predator fish around. Make sure your temperature is right for tropical fish average 74 degrees. for breeding 78-80 degrees. Have fun on your quest.

do not pay interest to some those people, a fifty 5 is superb for 2 Oscars, mine are pretty a lot a foot lengthy and are superb, the acceptable component i'd do is, (for the reason that they're children) placed them interior the tank and watch them, if it dissent workout consultation take one again and attempt yet another, their may nicely be alittle conflict artwork first yet you only might want to be sure you do not have 2 adult males, I i'd put in deep gravel do they can nest interior the destiny, with plastic flora and open swimming room, i'd also upload in a parrot cichlid of a similar length and upload a cave because parrots opt to have their own little abode, maximum probably your Oscars will pair up, devour, swim, and sleep mutually, too could also upload a black convict, or angels, or severums if the parrot dissent peek your activity. Goodluck!

I think fish as I do of birds...Birds should be free to fly and fish free to swim in the oceans of the earth. Sorry, but I'm honest!
