Wow. Not only do I think that books like that should be banned, they should be obliterated from thought and memory. The constitution may give people freedom of speech, but nowhere in its content does the constitution justify the promotion of domestic violence. Coming from a household that basically thrived off of domestic violence and knowing how hard it is to live through that, it's kind of a slap in the face to know that there are people out there who are trying to give directions on it to increase the severity. It's horrible and quite pathetic that some men think that they have to beat their wives in order to be in control, that it would take bringing their wife to her death for abusive men to realize the shame in their actions. I used to have to watch my father give my mother hell everyday when I was younger. I would always worry whether or not my mother was going to get up off the floor or not. I can honestly only cry for children and wives who are stuck in this situation because it doesn't look like any hope will be present anytime soon. It's like a cycle that refuses to come to an end.

You cannot ban a book like this, it is considered freedom of speech as much as I hate to say it.

I'm with parshooter: No book should be banned. Freedom of speech and press is essential to the functioning of anything purporting to be a democracy.

One old man in Spain gave a guide book on what is supposed to be like a spanking and then an English journalist is reporting on it and talking about shooting women through the head. Amazing. The book was intended to curb wife abuse, to limit what some men do. Not just Muslims do this. Look at the fatalities in domestic disputes in England, USA and Europe. The number of women beat to death and shot, stabbed, stuffed into bags and tossed into dumpsters shallow graves, rivers, or fed to pigs (a famous serial murder case in British Columbia Canada). the Muslims seem to treat their womenfolk better than the Christians seem too, all things considered.

I have never heard of such a book, is it really published? And, no I wouldn't consider it freedom of speech any more than I would a book about how to murder someone without getting caught, I think anyone that writes this stuff is, gosh I can't think of a word to desribe them, and whoever publishes these books should be arrested for acccessory to beatings and murder, whatever the case may be.

Anyone who needs a book to show them how to do this should be banned.
At the most you should just need the cliff notes. I don't need any of these because doubled up length of 4 gage wire does the trick just fine.

Conservatives say yes but liberals say no. I say yes, I think that there are limits on freedom of speech, such as that

Ever heard of the "rule of thumb"?
It was law in old England. You couldn't beat your wife and children with a stick any bigger around then your thumb.
Ahhh!!! The good old days.

Maybe we should just get all the books that no one agrees with and put them in a big bonfire. Then we could round up all of the illegals and put them in camps. When we are done with all of that then we could round up all the gays, retards, asians, blacks and finish them off and make a perfect country with a perfect race.

Islam has rules for beating their women. So I suppose it's alright that they print books on it. At least if they believe in beating women, the poor women should know what to expect.
