Before 1948 there was no "Palestinians." But many of you are saying "Sure there was!" Well, if there was, who was the leader of this so-called Palestine before Arafat? There was none. What did the Palestinian flag look like? There was none. What was the official language of this so called Palestine? There was none. So this so-called country exited, yet it had no leader, it had no flag, and it had no official language...interesting!

You see, Palestine was and is the greatest hoax the arabs played on the world. EGYPT owned GAZA. JORDAN owned the WEST BANK. Those 2 cities weren't palestinian cities! They were Egyptian & Jordanian cities. So now you're asking "then why don't they ask for it back?" I will answer that with a question: Who the f**k would want these so called "palestinians"living today in Gaza and West Bank to live in their land?! Who would want these suicidal, homicidal, uneducated, poor, barbarian satanic freaks? Did you know Jordan's King Hussein killed THOUSANDS of "Palestinians"in September of 1980 in what became known as BLACK SEPTEMBER? So did former Syrian dictator Hafez-al-Assad! The arabs themselves have killed more "palestinians" than Israel has!

For two thousand years the central mountainous region of Israel was known as Judea and Samaria, as any medieval map of the area testifies. However, the state of Jordan occupied the area in 1948 and renamed it the West Bank. This is a funny name for a region that actually lies in the eastern portion of the land and can only be called "West" in reference to Jordan. This does not seem to bother the majority of news outlets covering the region, which universally refer to the region by its recent Jordanian name.

The term "Palestinian" is itself a masterful twisting of history. To portray themselves as indigenous, Arab settlers adopted the name of an ancient Canaanite tribe, the Philistines, that died out almost 3000 years ago. The connection between this tribe and modern day Arabs is nil. Who is to know the difference? Given the absence of any historical record, one can understand why Yasser Arafat claims that Jesus Christ, a Jewish carpenter from the Galilee, was a Palestinian. Every year, at Christmas time, Arafat goes to Bethlehem and tells worshippers that Jesus was in fact "the first Palestinian".

If the Palestinians are indeed a myth, then the real question becomes "Why?" Why invent a fictitious people? The answer is that the myth of the Palestinian People serves as the justification for Arab occupation of the Land of Israel. While the Arabs already possess 21 sovereign countries of their own (more than any other single people on earth) and control a land mass 800 times the size of the Land of Israel, this is apparently not enough for them. They therefore feel the need to rob the Jews of their one and only country, one of the smallest on the planet. Unfortunately, many people ignorant of the history of the region, including much of the world media, are only too willing to help.

i agree with the first answer

people lived there it just wasn't official, the propellent to the officiality of palestine was fueled by the mass immigration of jews to the holy land from europe in the late 1930s to the 1940s. After the holocaust, Many jews stayed in the holy land and attempted to lay claim to the land which was controlled by today's Palestinians. The conflict erupted and the rulers of the area at the time named it palestine but isreal was pissed. these people existed but they weren't widely documented. after every war some new land is reconstructed.

It's like saying polish people didn't exist in WWI and II because the country dissapeared during those times

You are correct in all that you say. You forgot to mention that Iraq did not exist but was carved out of Persia after World War II. Saudi Arabia, same thing but from the Ottoman Empire after World War I. The entire Middle East, in fact, did not exist on the map as it does now. Look at a historical map and you will see that she is correct.

most your information is wrong Hun history is written by victories don't tell me it doesn't exist on the old map cause people lived there and my grandfather used to go to Palestine before Jews were there so i know it existed OK
and even so Jews still don't' own it
the truth is the Jews were getting on Europe nerves making trouble and screaming about the Holocaust so UK throw them a bone which happened to be Palestine so since 1940's and the Palestine don't' want to do their job and just f***** die silently

Then why was It the British protectorate of Palestine. some of you should check your books again and search the extent of the area owned by turkey before world war one. It was not the Jews who defeated the German allies to free the land!

When I need to blame someone, I usually look to whoever has their hands open and shoulders shrugged and grinning : ) Blameless, hence all fault falls unto the smiley, it's the smilie's fault. has to be ; )
