No, it's not safe, In small amounts it's an irritant: it irritates your urethra, which might make you think about your genitals but is hardly an aphrodisiac. In large amounts it's a poison. I'm pretty sure it's illegal nowadays, in which case anything sold under that name is probably just a scam (ingredients: one fly imported from Spain, 47 tons of Vaseline, makes enough for 500,000 suckers)

No Spanish Fly doesn't exist and if you get something someone says is SPanish FLy it probably is a fake or a drug that could end up badly(like death, coma etc.)
