I’m sorry that you feel that way. I have reasons to believe you just think too much about this, and you overanalyze yourself, always trying to figure out what goes wrong in you’re life and why?. You blame yourself for everything you do (you are obsessed by you’re fears). When you have some bad thoughts, just try blocking it out instantly, and try not to figure out an answer for everything in you’re life. Try to look at the bright side of things. I know you are afraid to take a long walk in the city or anywhere else there are people, but somehow you have to get over this, don’t wait to long, talk to you’re friends family, and if that doesn’t work try to see a doctor. (Don’t do anything foolish like taking you’re life because it just might turn around for you to, and we all die eventually so there is no use for shortening you’re journey on this Planet)

I am the same way. I feel ugly and fat all the time and have had many people tell me I have to love myself before I can love anyone else. Partially, I dont think it's true because in a way its different...you're loving someone that isnt you and you see things in the person you love..things you probably dont have. But in a way it is true because if you dont love yourself, you're dealing with the problems you have and they are wearing on to the one you love to make that person see what your'e saying and not...necessarily dislike them like you do, but dislike that you worry so much about it and they might hurt inside because they feel like they cant help you. Try finding the things you do like about yourself. Wether its one of your physical features or emotional. I know if I look deep enough, I can see emotionally that I have a caring heart to help others...and physically I have pretty eyes and nice lips. We just need to recognize the good things we have and be greatful we have what we do because we could be less fortunate.

I think it is true. If you are not happy with yourself, you will never be happy with anybody. That's not saying you have to run around staring in mirrors fluffing your hair all day. It just means be the best you can be and you will radiate confidence.

Shayla, shut up!
*************************
What people are trying to say is, you can feel love for others, but for you to receive that love back, first you have to love yourself.
There's nothing more attractive in a person than her/his love for life and herself/himself.
Like, why would someone love me, if I don't love myself?
