I have a Dell Inspiron 1150. Celeron processor. How do I get into it and speed it up. A step by step would be appreciated.

You cant. You have a dell and dell locks their bios so that you cant access the cpu clock and all that other stuff. But if you really want to overclock a Dell (which I do not recommend), go here:

the bios area is where you overclock
by upping voltage and bus speed

Don't try it. You may be able to download programs but I don't think it wil help. Leave it alone.
