I had a very close friend throughout middle school and junior high. However, after a few things she did to betray my trust, I gave the friendship up and stopped talking to her altogether. What's worse is that she is my neighbor. It's been over three years now since I've actually spoken to her on a friend-to-friend level. I sometimes feel bad for not doing anything to mend the relationship. We will be seniors in high school next year and I really want to fix our friendship and tie up all the loose ends before we both head off to college. How do you think I should approach her? Please give me some real advice...Thanks!
