Sometimes these people are very insecure. They tease to try to keep a constant and light contact with others, looking for the approval of a laugh. Many times they're not aware of how annoying they are and honestly think they're charmin' the pants off of you.

So in short, nerves.

Im dealing with the same situation.
My cousin is staying with me for a couple weeks.
He is honestly the most annoying person.
He also needs help with it.

Its means that you just need to stop talking or you
WILL
get your A$$ kicked.
