I agree with the previous person. The dramas you mentioned are mostly from Taiwan. In terms of Taiwanese dramas... I strongly recommend It Started With a Kiss starring Joe Cheng and Ariel Lin. It is very sweet and I really like the story and the characters. There is one that is currently being aired in Taiwan called Silence starring Vic Chou and Park Eun Hye... I really like it, even though the story seems sad. Also, there is a 2003 drama called The Rose that you might want to check out too.

The Saviour of the Soul, now shown on TV in Hong Kong and has VCD available.

It's a martial art action costume by the famous martial art fiction author Jin Rong about the love between a student and his female kungfu master. Love between masters and students were not allowed in ancient times and was considered as outrageous as incest. The story depicts how the two weathered social stigma and it was full of fancy kungfu fighting and adventures.
