shes 7 so i do not know what to paly with for 4 hours what sould i do

Barbie dolls or any kind of baby dolls will be good. You could play something like candy land kids love to play games. Make her feel smart and special in other words make friends with her. Ask her mom or dad what her faviorte things to watch are and watch it, or rent some good disney movies. It will be fun just be like a little girl again do things you liked to do when you were 7 like a tea party or you could pretend she is a princess. Have fun and be creative. Its a piece of cake

What ever she finds fun. Dolls, play hide and seek. Go on to nick jr.com and look up activities for a 7 year old and do some arts and crafts. Turn off the lights in the house if it is going to be dark and play flash light tag. Anything fun. Just ask her or her parents what she likes to do and base arts and crafts around that.
If you call her parents to ask what she likes to do they won't be mad they will be happy that you are interested in doing something fun with their daughter.

Video games. Thats what I do with my neices. They love them. They are 6, 9 & 10 and we have been playing games since they were 3. They like the fighting games for some reason.

7 year-old girls usually have favorite t.v. shows that she'd love to watch with you. She also might enjoy coloring in coloring books, or drawing pictures with washable markers or crayons. Dress-up, easy board games, cooking...don't worry. Seven's a great age for playing just about anything for 4 hours. Just double-check with her mom first for what t.v. shows she shouldn't watch, and whether she's allowed to play outside.

Many good suggestions have been given but the the seven year old girl knows what she wants to do. Just ask her. As long as it is appropriate let her. When I babysat all the kids wanted to do is watch TV.

take her to the park, run around with her, play tag or something. the point is to tire her out so she won't be a problem later. make sure to bring some juice or water to the park to rehydrate.

take her to the park swimming something like that play playstation if her mother allows it barbies dress up make up anything its just a hit and miss try unique things if she likes it you will know all kids are different they enjoy different things but almost all little girls like dress up lol

You can offer coloring or making something for someone she's close to. Maybe a game of tag, hide and seek, puzzles, reading, just ask her what she likes to do and do it with her =)

the best thing to keep them still is to let them watch a movie. find a mild PG-rated action movie so they're paying attention the entire time. trust me. this works.
