I like one & only Bob's answer. I also like Carl Sagan's remark: If you want your life to have significance, do something significant.

Scientifically speaking the meaning of life is to perpetuate genetic code. This doesn't necessarily mean you have to perpetuate your genetic code, but you can support the perpetuation of very similar genetic code.

Socially speaking, the meaning of your life was initiated by your parents and family. It grew as their hopes and dreams developed by watching you grow. But your meaning of life is relative to how you interpret and value those things around you specifically as they relate to your vision of yourself in the future.

Life has been shown many times over to be a basic chemical reaction with the right ingredients. There inherently is no meaning. However, the meaning of life is a human concept, but the device that makes that concept is also based on the unthinking chemical process. Your best bet for the meaning of life is to find the beauty in the world, make friends, and care for yourself and others.

It is a bit difficult to answer such a question. You largely have to find your meaning in life. In other words your purpose for living. Do you have children, then your purpose is to take care of them. If you are single get a job, find a spouse, start a family... etc. There are many things you can do to make your life meaningful.

The all mighty wanted some body to witness his CREATION.There are 10 billion stars in our Galaxy.and in each solar system he created life. But it is very possible that super intelligent life is only here on earth.in all about 10 million species on earth only one became super intelligent in a very short period of time.If you apply the same Math ratio to other systems chances are very less that there will be human like creatures any where else but definitely life is every where.

My grandparents, who I adored, told me that the goal of the game of life is to leave the world better than you found it.
