Many folks are saying they had them yet leave no source or reference. What were they and where were they. Real evidence, not old decrepid equipment or the word of hacks like Chalabi.

there doesn't seem to be any evidence that they have had any that we are looking for... or those that were produced post gulf-war...

so, we haven't found the ones we were told were there...

of course they had some pre-gulf war... no one is really arguing that point...

Of course there were none. The CIA and the Bush administration both knew there were none. Although Cheney put a lot of preasure on the CIA to come up with some THERE NEVER WAS ANY!

That's the big lie that W used to get us into Iraq cuz he thought in his imitible self serving way that control of the oil there would be easy. He doesn't have a clue how to lead or fight a war. He was an Air National Guard drop out and bank rupted every company he was in charge of. He would make a better Fool than a President.

It was never about WMDs or Democracy, it was always about OIL, OIL and POWER!!

I would have to say yes. If you remember at the beggining of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Iraq was shooting missles into Kuwait, these missles, reported as "al Samouds or some other type of missile.", are arms that Iraq argued they had destroyed, and in accordance with the UN they were not supposed to have. Taking a logical stance, if they lied about long range missles that Iraq says they never had, what else did they lie about. Add into it that like others have said, we have found limited ammounts of WMD. If they had nothing, they would have fired nothing, we would have found nothing, and consequently Saddam would not have presented the UN inspectors with so much grief. People with nothing to hide do not try to hide the nothing. LAstly, look at the size of the country, there is alot of sand to hide things in, plus other countries could have taken things on loan, such as Syria. Talk to the military people who have been there, ask them if they feel there are no WMD.

Iraq had chemical weapons and was trying to either build or buy a nuclear weapon. Saddam used the chemical weapons on his own people the Kurds. As for the other weapons, if you were in his shoes, you would probably get them out of the country before the US and there Allies got there. My guess is they are in a neighboring country such as Syria, or Iran... Wouldn't that be ironic? Have a great day...

Yes they did. They found plenty of evidence, but the media is so concerned with making the president look bad that they "overlooked" the fact that actual WMDs were found. And even if some of it was old, does it matter? THEY WERE WMDs in the hands of a maniac, what more do you want?

Well if they did have weapons of mass destruction, the US are the ones who sold it to them back then, check the receipts!

Anyways, this is such an old discussion. If they did have it, they would of used it the day the UN and the US entered Iraq.

Since 2003,the military has found 500 WMD's.Specifically sarin and mustard gas, although the weapons were in a degraded state, they could still be lethal. These are facts.

Well, they used them on the Kurds. That pretty much proves they had them at some point.
