what is your opinion on husbands going to strip clubs? and what really happens in those places?

if he went with a bunch of buddies I'd have no problem with it, they'd just be going to have a good time.

if he went alone, I would be concerned that he had other motives in mind. this would NOT be a good thing.

I think it depends on the club. Some of them are quite seedy and the worst does happen there. Most, though, for like after-office guy get togethers are pretty reputable. They get together, drink a few, look at the eye candy, and maybe egg one another on to put a few bucks in her panties. They get turned on by watching it, so it makes them want to get romantic when they get home.

Some are very clean. There's usually a group of tables around a stage, and several stages inside, usually with a mirror behind and a pole. Neon and blacklights are often used for lighting on the stage. The girls dance in rotations. In seedier clubs they pretty much just take their clothes off but in the nicer clubs they dance seductively. Most reputable clubs don't allow customer touching, just watching. The waitresses tend to be scantily clad but not naked. Also, in a lot of clubs, they don't go completely nude.

You might try offering to go with your husband sometime, as a sexy adventure. Tell him you want to see what the fuss is about and if you can't pick up some moves for back at home.

Don't be surprised if he doesn't take you when his guys go, though. It's one of the few places where guys can do male bonding without having their women interfere with it, kinda like when we go to the bathroom together.

I've been and actually enjoyed myself. I have to say the girls are intimidating at first, but it's kind of sensual in a voyeuristic way. The drinks were good, and I just let loose and had a good time. Now my husband knows I respect him & his space, and I know I can trust him.

I've been to a couple strip clubs, and I would have absolutely NO problem letting my guy go. For one thing, the girls there don't really have any physical contact with the customers, and for another, you can tell it's all about the $$$. If a customer won't buy a lap dance or tip heavily, the girls really won't give them the time of day. It's both funny and sad to watch.

I'd have a bigger problem with him wasting so much money, but I guess if you look at it as an entertainment expense, it's not any worse than him going to play poker and losing a couple hundred...

My wife doesn't mind me going and has gone with me to one just to see what goes on - and thought that one of the girls was a hell of a dancer!

But if you don't trust your husband or he stays out well after the time the places close - then there is a problem.

As for what goes on - men tip women to dance around and act slutty, pay too much for drinks and then go home and try to wake up our sound asleep wives thinking we're gonna get lucky.

I get told to take a shower and sleep on the couch for waking her up at 3 in the morning.

Guys generally pay high prices for drinks, leave large tips for the ladies and go home smelling of smoke and alcohol and flat broke. A husband should have better ways to spend his money.

let him go ....as long as you know where he is coming after the club (preferrably at a decent hour) you have nothing to worry about he is only having fun..
but while he is gone plan an evening for yourself dont just sit around and wonder what he is doing ....you will only have yourself so worked up and making up things that he is doing at the club because you dont know for sure
hell if he doesn't object go with him ...it could be fun and spice things up for you 2

strip clubs mostly cater to married guys because their wives don't give it up like they used to. but the truth is not much happens in strip clubs just waste of money.

strip clubs degrade women. These women may allow themselves to be objectified, but that does not make it o.k. for men to inflame the problem by paying them for what amounts to a whole lot of dry humping. Women should be respected for their minds, not the size of their breasts. If you do not mind your husbands disrespect for women then sure, give him a stack of bills and send him on his way. But personally I do not think it is all right to take of advantage of some poor woman's insecurity, or her lack of funds/father for her children at home.

Men are preprogrammed to respond to the looks of a women. It is very difficult to avoid. But, it's a sign of unfaithfulness if he acts upon a desire for another woman. He gave himself to his wife (only) at the wedding.

I think it's fine. If the wife goes with, it's even more fun. Nothing really goes on except for girls dancing and guys watching. Most guys aren't even horny when they leave those places.
