Would other countries allow it if the Secretary General of the UN is married to the President of the USA?

They would not like it and there is likely a rule against it. Most member states in the UN hate America. They could vote out the Secretary General but would have no say whom we elect President.

Hell of a name for a draft dodger........President Hillary----Sickening to say the least...Surely our great country can not sink that low.....Hillary never met a welfare program that she did not like....White water----made her and slick Willy rich and famous.....Bought her a senatorial seat from a state where she never lived....If she becomes president they will be living in two houses that the taxpayers of the USA are paying for......Who will take her senate seat???? As an American, I'm offended by this.

But I don't think the rest of the world would be, they love the Clintons. That was almost a decade of free reign for rogue nations, the U.N.'s corruption, and terrorists.
